This morning Cooper was on News Radio in Houston, Texas. Â I hope my family in Texas tuned in to AM 740 today!
Animal lover Lana Huges, of the radio program “Animal House,” interviewed me this morning. Â They asked me if there was a photo that surprised us the most. Â My mind instantly went to this picture that Cooper took in our neighbors’ yard. Â The bright red color of the bird sculpture against the deep green trees and blue sky caught me off guard and made me realize how he is drawn to inherently beautiful places.
It was a fun, short piece, yet I feel I never know what to say when being interviewed. Â The media attention Cooper is receiving is still a little overwhelming, but it makes us laugh.
Tomorrow we’ll be interviewed by BBC Radio in London. Â Until then, it’s watching the rain (and possibly snow later on) pour down in Seattle.

love your Cooper. I never thought I was a cat person until I got my Hermoine and then I blinked and now I have three cats. They’re all indoor cats but my male cat Aragon is just itching to become an outside cat. Any idea how I can make sure he doesn’t contract fleas and infect the other cats?
