A cat’s work is never done

Last night it snowed in Seattle. This is no big whoop if you live in places more than 500 feet above sea level, but for us, it’s a big deal. Nobody drives, nobody shops, most people don’t go to work. But for Cooper, it’s just another day at the office.

This morning he was very excited to go out and play in the snow. He went outside for about 30 minutes, then inside for an hour, then back out for 15 minutes, then back inside for two hours, then back out for 10 minutes. Thank goodness for the cat door or we’d be letting all the heat out.

Here’s a bit of what Cooper shot:

The neighbor’s house looks like it was hit by a tropical snowstorm.

His first shot of another cat!

Oh my god, Cooper! She’s getting closer! Oh, wait, it’s you that’s getting closer – run away, she looks dangerous!

Cooper is currently sleeping on his favorite pillow with his feet pushed to the heat vent.
